Financial Reporting Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and statutory reporting requirements.
• Manage the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary data for financial reporting purposes.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in finance reporting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles under US GAAP.
• Proficiency in preparing complex financial statements using various software tools such as Excel or specialized accounting systems.
