Financial Reporting Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances from budget/forecasts, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of financial information.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting processes.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting role with a focus on financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting principles.
• Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using various software tools (e.g. Excel).
• Experience analyzing large datasets to identify trends and anomalies.
