Financial Reporting Manager

Role Overview: -

Manager – Financial Reporting & MIS will be responsible for driving accurate, timely, and insightful

financial reporting across the organization. This role plays a critical part in strengthening controllership,

ensuring statutory compliance, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial reporting, month-end close processes, MIS, and internal controls within a fast-paced D2C/E-commerce or FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities: -

● Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Ind AS/ IFRS

● Drive and manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timelines and accuracy

● Develop and deliver MIS reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards

● Ensure accuracy and integrity of General Ledger, reconciliations, and accounting entries

● Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors for smooth audit processes

● Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and tax requirements

● Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

● Identify gaps and strengthen internal controls and reporting frameworks

● Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial visibility and decision-making.

● Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization in reporting

Key Requirements: -

● Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–4 years of experience

● Prior experience in D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, or Beauty & Wellness industry preferred

● Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS)

● Hands-on experience in month-end close, reconciliations, and audit handling

● Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

● Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

● High attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines

● Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
