Financial Reporting Specialist

1. Review and supervise monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for Hong Kong and China entities, covering both HKFRS and PRC GAAP.
2. Manage monthly FRR regulatory reporting to SFC , ensure the compliance with relevant SFC requirements
3. Liaise with external auditors and manage audit-related matters, provide technical accounting analysis and resolve complex accounting issues in accordance with HKFRS and PRC GAAP.
4. Participate in finance system enhancements and other finance transformation project. Strengthen internal controls and contribute to continuous improvement of financial reporting processes.
5. Oversee tax affairs, including tax calculations, tax filings, and internal tax reviews, to mitigate tax compliance risks.
6. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting or Finance, HKICPA/ACCA/CPA is preferred.
2. Strong accounting knowledge in both PRC and HKFRS reporting, including consolidations.
3. 2–5 years relevant experience in Hong Kong licensed securities company or audit firm is preferred.
4. Proficient in MS Office application and financial systems, adapt to English-language working environment.
5. Detail-oriented, self-motivated,strong compliance awareness and ability to work under pressure.
