POSITION: FINANCIAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

As a Financial Services Representative with TNT Agency, you will work with individuals and families to help them better understand financial concepts, protection strategies, and financial products. You will also have the opportunity to develop your professional skills and build a business with guidance from experienced leaders.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Educate clients and prospective customers on financial concepts, including life insurance, investments, and financial protection.

Conduct client consultations to understand financial goals and identify appropriate solutions.

Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and prospective customers.

Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and professional development programs.

Learn and apply marketing, sales, and customer service strategies.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and community outreach.

Follow up with prospective clients and schedule appointments.

Work with experienced mentors to develop communication and leadership skills.

Build and manage your own business activities while following applicable company policies and industry regulations.

Pursue the required state licensing and complete applicable training before offering regulated financial products.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be able to pass a background check and meet applicable company eligibility requirements.

No previous financial services or sales experience required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional attitude with a willingness to learn.

Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to complete required training and obtain applicable state licenses.

Comfortable interacting with clients and developing professional relationships.

Must have authorization to work in the United States, where applicable.
