What You’ll Do:· Help individuals and businesses create smart financial and retirement strategies designed for long-term growth, protection and preservation of capital.
· Present financial, insurance, and retirement planning solutions tailored to client needs while building lasting relationships.
· Utilize proprietary budgeting and financial planning software to guide clients toward financial success and retirement readiness.
· Educate clients on wealth accumulation, income protection, and retirement preparation options.
· Setting appointments with prospective clients.
· Maintain ongoing client communication, policy reviews, and continued financial support.

· Strong communication and people skills
· Coachable, self-motivated, and driven to grow personally and professionally
· Willingness to learn, get feedback, and apply training in a fast-paced environment
· Sales or customer service experience preferred
· Full-time position

Preferred Qualifications:· 215 license and/or investment licensing
· Degree in Psychology and/or Finance
· Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus
