Forsyth Barr is looking for capable administrators to join our Dunedin team. These roles would suit  individuals who take pride in delivering accurate, efficient work, enjoy variety, and are comfortable supporting advisers and internal stakeholders across the business.

What you'll be doing

●        Providing day-to-day administrative support to advisers and internal teams.

●        Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

●        Managing correspondence, data entry, and general office tasks.

●        Prioritising and coordinating a varied workload to meet deadlines.

●        Working within our compliance and quality standards.

We're looking for someone who

●        Has previous administration experience.

●        Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

●        Is confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

●        Communicates clearly and works well within a team.

●        Picks up new systems and processes quickly.

●        Takes ownership and pride in the quality of their work.
