About the Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and coachable individuals interested in building a career in financial services. No prior experience is required.

Paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided to help you develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to understand their financial protection needs, provide education on life insurance and financial solutions, develop and maintain strong client relationships, communicate with prospective and existing clients through regular follow-ups, and participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Social Security number and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a background check No felony convictions within the past 10 years Must not currently be on probation

Compensation (Commissions)

• Performance-based compensation with earning potential of $50,000–$150,000+ annually, depending on production, performance, and consistency.
• There is no set income cap, allowing earnings to grow with individual performance.
• This is an Extra Income only, please make sure you have an steady income and do this on the side.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
