What You Will Do

• Support our finance managers with daily paperwork and deal processing.
• Review and verify customer contracts and sales documents for accuracy.
• Work with lenders and internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle deliveries.
• Maintain clean paperwork, electronic files, and accurate data records.

What You Need

• Background in administration, banking, accounting, bookkeeping, sales, or finance.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• Good math and computer skills.
• Ability to protect confidential customer and financial data.
• A calm approach to a fast-paced, deadline-driven workday.
• (Bonus points if you have worked in a car dealership before, but not required!)
