We’re Expanding in Katy

Young & Grown Financials is expanding our Katy-area team and looking for motivated, growth-minded people who enjoy working with others and are interested in building a career in the financial industry.

No prior industry experience is required. Training, mentorship, and support are provided for individuals who are willing to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with individuals and families virtually or in person Educate clients on income protection, savings and retirement concepts Learn how to assess client needs and present appropriate options Assist clients through the application process Participate in team training and ongoing professional development Build and maintain client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills Coachable and willing to learn Self-motivated and goal-oriented Professional and dependable Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Work Location: Hybrid — Katy, TX (Energy corridor)

Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
