Financial Services Associate (Entry-Level – Training Provided)

Overview

We are seeking entry-level candidates for a fully remote Financial Services Associate role supporting individuals and families with financial planning and long-term goal setting.
No prior experience is required—training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess financial needs and goals
• Provide education on financial planning and available options
• Assist clients in developing personalized financial strategies
• Support clients with implementing and maintaining their plans
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up
• Participate in scheduled client meetings and administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and apply new concepts
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Coachable with a positive, growth-oriented mindset
• Professional attitude and work ethic
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Insurance license preferred but not required (training and support available for qualified candidates)

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected first-year earnings typically range from $50,000 – $75,000
