About the Role

We are expanding our remote financial services team and seeking motivated, professional individuals who enjoy working with people and are interested in developing a career in financial services.

No previous financial services experience is required. Structured training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development are provided.

In this client-facing role, you will meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their financial goals, provide financial education, and help clients explore insurance and financial strategies appropriate to their needs.

This position is conducted remotely through virtual client appointments, online training, and digital communication.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with individuals and families to discuss financial goals, concerns, and priorities
• Educate clients on financial concepts including protection planning, retirement strategies, wealth accumulation, and legacy planning
• Discuss available life insurance, annuity, and other financial products when appropriate based on client needs and applicable licensing
• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
• Build and maintain professional client relationships
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Maintain organized records of appointments and client interactions
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship
• Complete applicable state licensing and continuing education requirements
• Develop communication, client service, business, and leadership skills

Previous financial services or insurance experience is welcome but not required.

Candidates should be prepared to dedicate at least 15–20 intentional working hours per week while developing in the role.

Licensing

Because this position involves insurance and financial products, applicable state licensing is required before performing activities that require a license.

You do not need to be licensed to apply.

Candidates who are not currently licensed may be considered and will receive guidance regarding the applicable licensing process and requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have reliable internet access
• Have access to a computer and virtual communication technology
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Be willing to complete required training and continuing education
• Be able to satisfy applicable state licensing and background requirements
• Be dependable, organized, and capable of working independently
• Have basic proficiency with computers and virtual meeting platforms
