Responsibilities

• Complete company-provided training and required licensing coursework.
• Learn and apply financial services products, processes, and industry guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with clients and prospective clients.
• Identify client needs and provide information about available financial services.
• Attend virtual meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities.
• Follow company procedures, compliance requirements, and applicable requirements.
• Develop strong product knowledge and communication skills.
• Set and work toward individual goals with support from the team.
