FINANCIAL SERVICES MANAGER

The Financial Services Manager partners with Finance, Payroll, Revenue Cycle, Billing, QA, Clinical Operations, and Executive Leadership to optimize reimbursement, improve operational efficiency, strengthen financial controls, and ensure timely and accurate processing of billing and payroll activities.

The Financial Services Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the following key financial processes:

Revenue Cycle, including

• Patient billing
• Payer payments posting and reconciliation
• Accounts receivable maintenance and issue resolution
• Clinical payroll, including
• Bi-weekly payroll preparation and validation
• Calculation of employee incentives
• Accounts payable, including
• Clinical contractor invoice review, validation and entry to QuickBooks Online
• Other overhead payables

Financial and KPI reporting

This role manages critical financial operations including revenue cycle performance monitoring, payroll oversight, contractor payment validation, KPI reporting, incentive administration, and operational reporting. The position ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data across WellSky, Waystar, QuickBooks Online, payroll systems, and related reporting platforms while supporting leadership with actionable business insights and financial performance analysis.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
