About Our Client

Our client is an established organisation seeking an experienced and client-focused Financial Services Manager to support business growth and develop long-term relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing appropriate financial solutions and supporting the overall performance of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand clients’ financial objectives, needs and investment preferences.

Provide suitable financial and wealth management solutions based on clients’ requirements.

Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking and client engagement.

Develop and manage a portfolio of clients while maintaining strong service standards.

Conduct regular reviews with clients and identify opportunities to enhance their financial portfolios.

Provide information and guidance on relevant financial products, investment solutions and wealth planning strategies.

Work closely with internal teams and product specialists to deliver suitable solutions to clients.

Monitor market developments, financial products and industry trends.

Support business development initiatives and contribute towards team and organisational targets.

Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure proper follow-up on client enquiries.

Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with relevant regulatory and company requirements.

Prepare business and client reports for management review.

Mentor and support junior team members where applicable.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Banking or a related discipline.

Relevant experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, financial advisory, insurance, investments or relationship management.

Strong client relationship and business development skills.

Good understanding of financial products and investment solutions.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation abilities.

Client-focused with a professional and consultative approach.

Self-motivated, driven and comfortable working towards business objectives.

Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Relevant CMFAS qualifications will be an advantage. Training and examination support may be provided where applicable.
