Keystone Legacy Financial is a locally owned, independent financial services and insurance agency serving Northeastern Pennsylvania. Our leadership team brings more than 40 years of combined industry experience, and we are growing our team.

We are looking for motivated, relationship-focused professionals who enjoy helping people. Previous insurance or financial services experience is not required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, banking, or other people-focused industries are encouraged to apply.

For experienced insurance professionals, KLF offers an independent environment with access to multiple carriers and solutions rather than being limited to the products of a single captive company.

What You'll Do

• Meet with individuals and families to identify their financial and insurance needs
• Educate clients about available insurance, retirement, and financial solutions
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
• Prospect and develop new client relationships
• Work with multiple insurance carriers and financial solutions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Build and manage your own book of business

• Previous customer service, sales, insurance, or financial services experience is helpful but not required

Licensing
A Pennsylvania Life & Health Insurance license is required to conduct insurance business. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to complete the licensing process before conducting insurance business.

Compensation & Employment Structure

• Independent contractor (1099)
• Production-based compensation
• $2,000–$10,000 per month based on individual production
• No earnings cap
• Actual earnings vary based on individual production
• Training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development provided
