Financial Services Representative – 1099 Independent Contractor

We are looking for motivated, professional individuals to join our growing team as Financial Services Representatives. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning about financial services, and helping clients make informed decisions about their financial goals.

You’ll receive training, mentorship, and ongoing support as you develop your knowledge and skills within the financial services industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with clients virtually or face-to-face to learn about their financial goals and priorities.
• Help clients understand foundational financial topics such as budgeting, saving, retirement planning, and financial protection.
• Complete needs-based assessments and, when appropriate, present financial solutions that align with client needs.
• Develop and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
• Keep client information, records, and required documentation accurate and up to date.
• Follow applicable laws, regulations, compliance standards, and company procedures.
• Take part in continuing education, training, coaching, and professional development.
• Work collaboratively with your team while managing your own day-to-day business activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional, dependable, and ethical approach to working with clients.
• Comfortable working independently as well as within a team environment.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Must reside in the United States.
• A state-required license is necessary to perform the role. You do not need to be licensed to apply; qualified candidates will receive guidance and support through the licensing process.

About the Opportunity:

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional W-2 employee position. Independent contractors are responsible for managing their own schedules and business activities while operating in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
