Duties

• Engage with clients regularly to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored solutions.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through attentive service and proactive follow-up.
• Assist clients with account management, including opening new accounts, processing transactions, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Educate clients on various financial products and services offered by the organization to support their decision-making process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client needs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes affecting client accounts.

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service, banking, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client accounts.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
