Position Summary

As a Financial Services Representative, you will help clients understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services. You’ll work closely with customers and your team to deliver exceptional service while building your own book of business.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and current customers to identify needs and provide guidance
• Explain and offer appropriate Life and Health insurance solutions
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up and service
• Participating in training and professional development opportunities
• Support office goals and contribute to a positive team environment
• Maintain required licenses and stay current on product and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Life and Health licenses are required (active and in good standing)
• Previous experience in a related role is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, trustworthy, and goal-oriented attitude
• Ability to learn State Farm products and processes quickly
• Willingness to comply with licensing and ongoing training requirements

Nice to Have

• Securities licenses are a plus
• Series 6, 63 and 65

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
