Responsibilities

• What You’ll Do:
• Educate families on financial concepts and available solutions
• Assist clients with customized plans for protection, savings, and debt reduction
• Support clients through the life insurance, investment, and home loan process
• Build long-term relationships centered on trust and financial confidence
• Assist customers with their financial needs by offering appropriate products and services.
• Manage customer relationships through effective communication, and personalized service.
• Process loan applications, including origination, documentation, and approval workflows.
• Conduct fraud prevention and detection measures to safeguard customer accounts and company assets.
• Utilize financial software to record transactions, update account information, and generate reports.

Requirements

• No Experience Required - WE WILL FULLY TRAIN YOU
• Proven experience in financial sales, customer service, or related roles within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of loan origination, loan processing, debts & credits, and cash management procedures.
• Familiarity with financial software systems and proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
• Basic math skills including retail math, banking calculations, and general numerical accuracy.
• Ability to detect potential fraud or suspicious activity proactively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and compliance requirements.
• Prior experience with relationship management, sales, and banking operations is preferred. Pay: $250.00 - $15,000.00 per month
