Financial Services Representative

Overview

Legacy Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals who care about their clients and are committed to educating families to reach their financial goals. Representatives meet with clients remotely, learn their needs, and provide information and recommendations within the scope of their licenses. Representatives will develop knowledge in the financial services industry and can build a business with long-term growth potential. Prior experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with individuals and families to discuss their financial goals and needs.
• Educate clients on various stategies to meet financial goals including life insurance and other financial strategies for which you are properly licensed and authorized.
• Recommend customized solutions, complete appropriate applications and documentation, follow up with clients and maintain professional relationships
• Develop a client base and future client relationships

Training and Licensing

Qualified candidates receive structured training, mentorship, and ongoing team support. Depending on the role, eligibility, and applicable requirements, available pathways may include state life insurance licensing; firm sponsorship for the SIE examination and Series 6 and Series 63 registrations; guidance for qualified candidates pursuing mortgage loan originator licensing. Potential Series 26 or Series 65 qualifications for eligible individuals pursing advanced responsibilities. Each pathway is subject to applicable requirements and, where relevant, firm approval.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old, residing in the United States, and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to meet applicable licensing, registration, background review, fingerprinting, education, and examination requirements
• Dependable, comfortable speaking with clients virtually and through written communication.
• Able to manage your own schedule and develop client relationships in an independent contractor role.
• Willing to learn

Schedule and Compensation

This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor role. Part-time or full-time activity levels may be considered with a flexible schedule. Compensation is commission-based and variable. There is no hourly wage, salary, or guaranteed income. Earnings depend on individual activity, completed business, approvals, ad applicable compensation schedules. Employee benefits are not provided.

Specified licensing pathways may be sponsored for qualified candidates. Candidates may be responsible for some state, regulatory, fingerprinting, education, examination, renewal or administrative costs. Current terms and any candidate-paid cost will be explained during the interview and licensing process.
