Financial Services Representative

Job Summary

We are expanding and looking for motivated, people-focused professionals who

want to build a long-term career in financial services. This role is ideal for individuals

with a background in customer service, sales, coaching, or leadership who are ready

to grow into a financial professional through a structured training and mentorship

program.

You will be trained to help families and individuals with important financial

decisions such as protection planning, retirement strategies, and long-term

financial goals. No prior experience in financial services is required — we provide

training, support, and a clear development path. There is strong growth potential for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, and willing to put in consistent effort.

What You'll Do

• Work with clients to understand their financial goals and current situation
• Help families with solutions related to protection, retirement, and long-term
• planning
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up
• Learn and apply proven sales and communication systems
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Manage some of your own schedule and daily activity level
• Grow into leadership opportunities over time if desired

• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
• Coachable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working with people and learning consultative sales
• Background in customer service, sales, hospitality, coaching, real estate, retail, restaurant, or similar fields is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
