What they need
Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Financial Services Representatives. In this role, you will work directly with individuals and families to help them understand their financial protection needs and explore life insurance and financial solutions designed to support their short- and long-term goals.
As a Financial Services Representative, you will build relationships with prospective and existing clients, conduct financial needs conversations, educate clients about available products, and provide personalized guidance based on their individual circumstances. This opportunity is also designed for individuals who are interested in developing their own financial-services business, with opportunities to build a client base, generate referrals, and develop leadership skills.
This is an independent, commission-based opportunity for individuals who are motivated by personal growth, entrepreneurship, and the opportunity to build income while helping families become more financially prepared.
Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals and families to identify their financial protection and life insurance needs
- Conduct client consultations and financial needs conversations
- Educate clients about life insurance and available financial products and solutions
- Present product options clearly and explain policy features, benefits, costs, and considerations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
- Develop prospective clients through referrals, networking, lead generation, and personal outreach
- Schedule and conduct virtual and/or in-person appointments
- Maintain accurate prospect and client information using CRM and business technology
- Follow established company procedures and applicable insurance regulations
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
- Stay current on product offerings, industry practices, and licensing requirements
- Provide ongoing service and support to clients throughout the relationship
- Develop sales, communication, and business-development skills
- For individuals interested in leadership, recruit, train, and mentor additional representatives
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and establish relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership of business development
- Ability to learn and explain financial and insurance concepts clearly
- Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills
- Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, virtual meeting platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Sales, customer service, healthcare, financial services, business development, or relationship-management experience is helpful but not required
- Must be willing to complete required licensing and training
- Must meet applicable state requirements to obtain and maintain a life insurance license
Compensation & Business Opportunity
This is an independent, commission-based opportunity rather than a traditional salaried position. Compensation is based on individual production and the applicable commission structure.
Representatives have the opportunity to develop income through personal sales and, for those who choose to pursue leadership, through building and developing a team.
Income will vary based on individual effort, production, experience, licensing, and business development.
Software & Business Access
A $199 initial software access fee is required to access the software and business systems used to support representatives in their activities.
This fee is a business-related expense associated with establishing access to the required technology and systems. Candidates should understand the independent business structure, compensation model, and associated expenses before accepting the opportunity.
Professional Development
Representatives receive ongoing training and coaching designed to develop skills in:
- Life insurance and financial-services education
- Consultative sales
- Client relationship management
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Financial needs analysis
- Communication and presentation
- Business development
- Leadership and team development
- Entrepreneurship and personal business management
Join us as a Financial Services Representative and develop the skills to build meaningful client relationships, educate families about financial protection, and create your own path within the financial-services industry.
