Build Skills. Help Families. Grow Professionally.

Are you looking for an opportunity to learn new skills, help individuals and families, and develop a professional path with room to grow?

We are looking for motivated, service-oriented individuals interested in learning the financial services industry. Whether you're exploring a new professional direction or looking to develop something alongside your current responsibilities, this opportunity offers training, mentorship, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

The focus is on helping individuals and families better understand financial strategies related to insurance, financial protection, investments, retirement planning, and mortgage solutions where appropriately licensed.

No previous financial services experience is required. Training, mentorship, and guidance are provided to help qualified individuals develop industry knowledge and pursue the licensing required for applicable activities.

We are looking for individuals who value integrity, enjoy communicating with others, and are willing to learn.

What You'll Do

As a Financial Services Representative, you'll learn to:

  • Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and concerns.
  • Educate clients about financial fundamentals and protection strategies.
  • Help clients understand applicable insurance, investment, retirement, and mortgage-related solutions within the scope of your training and licensing.
  • Assist with applications, required documentation, and client follow-up.
  • Participate in team training and ongoing professional development.
  • Develop communication, client-service, and leadership skills as you gain experience.

What We Offer

  • Remote opportunity with scheduling flexibility.
  • Part-time or full-time potential based on your goals, availability, and business development.
  • Structured training and mentorship to help you learn the industry.
  • Licensing guidance for applicable insurance and securities credentials and other relevant licensing pathways.
  • Ongoing professional development to support your growth.
  • Team support from experienced professionals.
  • Opportunities to develop leadership and business-building skills as you gain experience and meet applicable requirements.

Training, licensing support, and any associated costs are subject to applicable program terms. Required licenses must be obtained before performing activities that require them.

Who We're Looking For

We believe character matters just as much as experience.

You may be a good fit if you are:

  • Dependable and professional.
  • Coachable and willing to learn.
  • Comfortable communicating with people.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your responsibilities.
  • Interested in helping individuals and families.
  • Open to personal and professional development.
  • Willing to follow through on commitments and communicate when circumstances change.

Experience in customer service, sales, education, healthcare, hospitality, management, military service, or other people-focused roles may be helpful, but it is not required.

We value quality over quantity. Our goal is to develop individuals who want to learn, serve others, and build their skills over time.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must reside in the United States.
  • Must meet applicable background-check and licensing eligibility requirements.
  • Must have reliable internet access and a computer suitable for virtual meetings and online training.
  • Must be willing to complete required training and licensing.
  • Must be able to participate in virtual meetings, team training, and professional communication.

The time commitment varies based on your goals, progress, and business activity. Training, appointments, and follow-up are part of the opportunity. Expectations will be explained during the introductory meeting so you can determine whether the opportunity fits your availability.

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-based, 1099 independent-contractor opportunity. Earnings are based on business production, and there is no guaranteed hourly wage or salary. Individuals should be comfortable with performance-based compensation and understand that results vary based on factors such as activity, licensing, and business development. Completing training or obtaining a license does not guarantee earnings.

The advertised $50,000–$100,000 annual range represents potential earnings, not guaranteed income. Actual earnings vary based on individual production, performance, licensing, and business activity. No specific earnings level is guaranteed.

As an independent contractor, you are responsible for understanding your business obligations, including applicable tax responsibilities.

What to Expect Before Getting Started

The introductory meeting is an opportunity to learn more about the position and determine whether it aligns with your goals and expectations.

Topics include:

  • The role and responsibilities.
  • The independent-contractor structure and commission-based compensation.
  • Training and licensing requirements.
  • Time commitment and expectations.
  • Team support and professional development.

You'll also have time to ask questions and decide whether you'd like to explore the opportunity further.

If you schedule a meeting, please choose a time you can attend. If something changes, we ask that you communicate with us as soon as possible. We respect your time and ask that you respect ours.
