GTA Gold Buyers and Loans is a licensed, insured precious-metals dealer serving the Greater Toronto Area.We buy gold and offer gold-secured loans — and we've built our name on doing it honestly, transparent testing done in front of the customer, fair offers, and no pressure, ever.

About the role

You'll be the face of the brand. Customers walk in with jewellery that often carries real sentimental value, and sometimes with real financial stress. Your job is to make them feel welcome, explain how our process works, and make sure every person leaves feeling they were treated fairly — whether or not they sell.

You will: welcome customers and guide them through gold selling and loan options; assist with testing and valuations (we'll train you); handle transactions accurately and securely; keep records organized; and help both our Milton and Oshawa locations as needed.

What we're looking for

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Comfort handling cash and high-value items (you must be bondable — trustworthiness is everything in this business)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and patience with people making big decisions.
• Comfort with basic math and computer systems.
• Eager-to-learn mindset and desire to grow.
