Financial Services Representative – Commission Based | Training Provided

BMS Financial Services is expanding and seeking motivated, professional individuals interested in building a career in the life insurance and financial services industry.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing support to help qualified candidates develop the skills needed to succeed.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain a state life insurance license if not currently licensed

Applicants who complete their licensing requirements within 30 days may qualify for reimbursement of eligible licensing costs. Details and eligibility requirements will be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based independent sales opportunity. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary.

Compensation is based on individual sales production and performance. Earnings vary by individual, and no specific level of income is guaranteed.
