Compensation & Licensing

This is an independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation.

• 100% commission-based earnings
• No hourly wage or guaranteed salary
• Earnings depend on individual sales production and applicable commission arrangements
• State insurance licensing is required before conducting licensed activities
• New applicants should anticipate approximately $200–$600 in licensing, onboarding, and related startup expenses
