About the Opportunity

Legacy Financial Group is expanding and seeking motivated, service-minded professionals who want to educate families, develop valuable financial-services skills, and build a business with long-term growth potential. This remote opportunity includes structured training, mentorship, licensing sponsorship, and ongoing support. Prior industry experience is not required.

What You Will Do

• Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their goals and protection needs.
• Educate clients about appropriate life-insurance and financial strategies within the scope of your licenses.
• Recommend suitable solutions, complete required documentation, and provide professional follow-up.
• Develop client relationships, build your client base, and participate in ongoing training and compliance activities.

Training, Mentorship and Licensing

Qualified candidates receive full training, mentorship, and ongoing team support. Available licensing pathways include:

• Life insurance: State life-insurance licensing sponsorship, subject to state requirements and program eligibility.
• FINRA Investments/Securities: Firm sponsorship for the SIE examination and Series 6 and Series 63 registrations, when applicable to the candidate's role and state and subject to firm approval and regulatory eligibility.
• Mortgage (MLO): Guidance and support for qualified candidates pursuing mortgage loan originator licensing, subject to applicable federal and state requirements.
• Leadership: Potential pathways to Series 26 and/or Series 65 qualifications for eligible individuals pursuing advanced leadership or agency-ownership responsibilities. Availability depends on role, business need, firm approval, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years old, currently residing in the United States, and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to satisfy applicable licensing, registration, background-review, fingerprinting, education, and examination requirements.
• Professional, dependable, coachable, and comfortable communicating with clients.
• Self-directed and willing to develop a client base in an independent-contractor environment.

Compensation and Classification

Important: This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity, not a salaried or hourly employee position. Compensation is variable and commission-based. Earnings depend on individual activity, completed business, approvals, and applicable compensation schedules; no income is guaranteed. Employee benefits are not provided.

The firm sponsors specified licensing pathways for qualified candidates. Candidates may remain responsible for certain state, regulatory, fingerprinting, education, examination, renewal, or administrative costs. Current program terms and any candidate-paid costs will be disclosed during the interview and licensing process.

Schedule: Flexible; part-time or full-time activity levels may be considered.

Location: Remote within the United States; availability and licensing requirements vary by state.
