Financial Services Representative - Remote - Training Provided

We’re looking for motivated, people-focused individuals who are interested in building a career in financial services.

No prior financial services experience is required. Training, mentorship, and guidance are provided to help you learn the fundamentals of the industry and develop the skills needed to work with clients.

As a Financial Services Representative, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with individuals, families, and business owners to learn about their financial priorities and help them better understand the options available to them.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients to learn about their financial goals, priorities, and needs.
• Explain financial concepts, products, and services in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
• Help clients evaluate potential solutions based on their individual needs and eligibility.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and daily responsibilities independently.
• Complete required training and participate in ongoing coaching and professional development.
• Obtain and maintain any required licenses.
• Follow applicable company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Continue developing your financial knowledge, communication skills, and client-service abilities through ongoing training.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
