Responsibilities

• Manage financial processes including invoicing, payments and salary preparation
• Handle supplier platform registrations and customer follow-up procedures
• Support Financial and Management Accounting — budgeting, reporting and financial analysis
• Prepare financial reports and support audit processes
• Assist with contracts review and legal topics
• Drive automation and digitization of financial processes
• Ensure accurate and timely information flow between internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; French is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills — complex formulas, pivot tables and financial modeling
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, complete work
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
• Clear and professional written communication in English
• Autonomous and proactive — takes ownership of tasks and drives them to completion
• Organized and process-oriented, with good documentation habits
• Quick learner, curious and eager to grow in a fast-paced international environment
• Comfortable working with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Candidates must have their own laptop and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work
