Financial Specialist ( Junior level )

We are a fast-growing startup company in the crypto business in Thailand. Our company is regulated by SEC, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry standards. We are seeking a talented Finance Specialist. As a member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in summarize and prepare financial data. This position offers the opportunity to work independently and demonstrate initiative while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Job Description

·       Consolidate financial data and company KPIs into ready-to-use formats for periodic management reporting, and standardized presentation

·       Prepare regulatory reporting submissions for the Bank of Thailand (BOT), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other relevant authorities

·       Support the annual budget preparation process

·       Perform budget control activities and liaise with department heads to ensure spending remains aligned with approved budgets

·       Compile bank documentation and prepare customer transaction summary reports

·       Work closely with the Accounting team to support month-end and year-end closing activities

·       Perform other duties as assigned to support CFO

Qualification

·       Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or a related field.

·       2+ years of relevant experience in finance or business planning, preferably in an e-commerce or Fin-tech environment.

·       Requires general knowledge of financial statement

·       Experience in handling large datasets and utilizing Excel or other tools for data analysis.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advance Excel, and Power Point)

·       Good command of spoken and written English.

·       Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and can work efficiency under dynamic environment.

·       Self-driven, with attention to detail

·       Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

·       Knowledge or interest in the cryptocurrency industry is considered a plus
