Financial Support Analyst

Optomi, in partnership with a leading manufacturing company is seeking a Financial Support Analyst that will provide day-to-day business support related to accounting and finance activities in Oracle EBS and related tools. The analyst will work closely with division personnel to troubleshoot financial transaction issues, manage ticket queues, and improve user experience.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:

• Strong hands-on Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) experience.
• Experience with Oracle EBS Inventory and General Ledger (GL) modules.
• Production support and troubleshooting experience, including resolving application issues, investigating transaction errors, and performing root cause analysis.
• Experience managing support tickets and working directly with business users

What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:

• Support Oracle EBS Financials.
• Manage and resolve issues from a ticketing queue
• Investigate operational and financial system issues
• Perform root cause analysis and assist users with Oracle-related problems
• Coordinate with development teams on complex issues
