Financial Systems Analyst (Clearance Needed)

The Financial Systems Analyst will provide advice and technical assistance in the preparation of annual budgets. Measure organizational performance, assess the effects of various programs and policies on the budget. Analysts examine budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives. May employ cost-benefit analysis to review financial requests, assess program tradeoffs, and explore alternative funding methods. Examine past and current budgets and research economic and financial developments that affect the organization’s spending. Develop guidelines and policies governing the formulation and maintenance of budgets. Manage finances across multiple funding types. Track budgets, costs, and variances. Apply financial management processes, techniques, policies, regulations and organizational strategic goals.Create Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) purchase requests, track funding WBS, Purchase Requisition numbers, and create financial reports from N-ERP and other financial programs.Track contract percentage obligated, and percentage billed, utilizing systems of record like N-ERP, DCAS, and MOCAS.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience
• Active Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience
• Degree in business, finance, or accounting

The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000
