Financial Systems Analyst

Company - Our client is an established organization seeking an experienced systems professional to support critical legal billing, accounting, and business systems operations.

Job Title - Financial Systems Analyst

Location - Remote, targeting candidates in PA, NJ, DE, or NY. Must be able to travel to the Philadelphia office as needed.

Role Type - Direct Hire

Must Have Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on 3E system experience, including Legal Billing and Accounting
• Strong experience with testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system enhancements, data accuracy, and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a comparable field

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Support and maintain the 3E platform with a focus on legal billing and accounting functionality
• Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements, upgrades, and changes
• Assist with the implementation and validation of system enhancements
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across billing, accounting, and related system processes
• Develop, maintain, and support reporting requirements within the 3E environment
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify system needs and translate requirements into effective solutions
• Troubleshoot system issues and support resolution of application and process-related problems
• Help improve existing workflows, processes, and system functionality
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to support ongoing system initiatives
• Work remotely while remaining available to come onsite at our client’s Philadelphia office when needed
