Financing Associate

About The Company Our client is a leading global investment firm overseeing more than $75 billion in AUM, with a diversified strategy spanning leveraged loans, high-yield credit, asset-based leasing, and private equity.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance with credit facility terms
• Coordinate new fund pipeline and investor requests
• Source term sheets for new opportunities
• Manage various existing asset warehousing arrangements
• Coordinate with operational teams with respect to mechanics of facility closings and daily monitoring
• Review and compare leverage across funds to ensure leverage targets are met
• Review fund investments for inclusion in asset facilities
• Manage loan approval process with lenders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4-6 years of related experience within financial services
• Understanding of credit facilities and/or CLOs
• Understanding of bank loans required

Salary Range $120,000-$140,000
