Job Summary

• Develop Marketing Programs to get LOCAL and Region Sales.
• Implement Community and Group Financing activity.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards of the promoter and stores
• Ensure compliance with control standards in the store
• Support, manage and develop people in area. Work with Branch Heads alternative and Retail to hit target.
• Coach and counsel people in store to be able to hit objectives
• Ensure sales productivity of Financing partners' salesman
• Evaluate, review Financing Promoters sales performance
• QSA of marketing implementation under Abot Kayang Hulugan Marketing programs and sales campaigns.
