Role Description As a Finansų konsultantas at Finhaus, you will provide personal finance consultations to clients, helping them understand their financial situation, define goals, and choose appropriate solutions. On a day-to-day basis, you will analyze client needs, prepare financial plans, and present tailored recommendations in areas such as insurance, housing loans, and investments. You will conduct educational sessions, support seminars, and use an educational sales approach, ensuring clients are informed before any product offering. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vilnius, where you will collaborate closely with colleagues and partner organizations. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of Finhaus methodologies and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of personal finance, including budgeting, saving, insurance, loans, and investments, and the ability to explain these topics clearly.
• Experience in financial consulting, advisory, or sales of financial products (insurance, credit, investment solutions) is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate clients and simplify complex financial concepts.
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with data, financial calculations, and client needs analysis to support transparent recommendations.
• Customer-focused approach, high ethical standards, and the ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships.
• Ability to work on-site in Vilnius, manage a full-time workload, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Fluency in Lithuanian; good command of English or other languages is an advantage.
• Relevant education in finance, economics, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
