Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–10:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of commercial cleaning experience

Position Summary

Clean Team Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Janitorial Support Technician to assist with cleaning operations at various commercial facilities throughout the Findlay area. This position works directly with the Area Manager to support daily cleaning needs, provide coverage at assigned locations, and maintain clean, safe, and professional environments for our clients.

The ideal candidate is flexible, reliable, and comfortable traveling between job sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general commercial cleaning and janitorial duties at assigned facilities.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and other surfaces.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.

• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners.

• Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.

• Provide cleaning support and coverage at multiple locations based on daily operational needs.

• Work directly with the Area Manager to coordinate assignments, schedules, and priorities.

• Travel between commercial job sites throughout the Findlay area as required.

• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver quality service at every assigned location.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial cleaning experience.

• Valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel between job sites throughout the Findlay area.

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

• Ability to work independently and follow directions from the Area Manager.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing daily assignments and priorities.

• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with commercial cleaning, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying cleaning supplies.

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday through Friday

• Hours: 5:00 PM–10:00 PM

• Scheduled Hours: 25 hours per week

• Service Area: Findlay, Ohio, and surrounding areas
