Cuts Steakhouse is looking for a talented and polished Fine Dining Bartender to join our team in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency
• Provide an elevated, personalized guest experience in a fine dining atmosphere
• Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, craft beers, and cocktail menus
• Manage bar inventory, stocking, and mise en place to ensure seamless service
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver a cohesive dining experience
• Uphold responsible alcohol service standards and comply with all local liquor laws
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar environment at all times

Requirements:

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage pairings
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a fine dining brand
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
