Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of classic and innovative cocktails with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets high-quality standards.
• Recommend wine pairings and craft beer options to enhance guests’ dining experience, utilizing your wine knowledge and brewing experience.
• Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Toast POS, including processing cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations, handling food and beverages responsibly.
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to keep our menu fresh and exciting for returning guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests professionally, anticipating their needs, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Oversee bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders to ensure the availability of spirits, wines, beers, and bar supplies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fine dining environments or upscale hospitality settings with a strong background in bartending or mixology.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, wine varieties, and beverage presentation.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
• Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $5.00 per hour
