Sea Grill Restaurant & Bar is seeking highly skilled and highly motivated line cooks to join a culinary team focused on building a truly world-class dining experience in Charlotte.

Responsibilities

• Execute dishes consistently to Sea Grill standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout service
• Work closely with chefs and fellow cooks to maintain timing and flow
• Follow recipes, plating standards, and preparation procedures precisely
• Properly handle seafood and high-quality ingredients with care and consistency
• Assist with prep production, breakdown, deep cleaning, and station maintenance
• Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume and high-pressure services

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience required
• Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience strongly preferred
• Seafood experience preferred
• Strong knife skills and station organization
• Ability to communicate clearly and work efficiently as part of a team
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistency and cleanliness
• Nights, weekends, and holidays required
