Now Hiring: Restaurant Manager – Luxury Private Club & Spa

Full-Time | 36 Hours per Week

Salary: 75,000-85,000

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead fine-dining operations at a prestigious private community clubhouse and spa. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong luxury service background, exceptional leadership skills, and extensive wine knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing front-of-house service team.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized member and guest experiences.
• Oversee fine dining, special events, banquets, and seasonal celebrations.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and operational excellence.
• Manage labor, inventory, and POS operations effectively.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of food and beverage management experience in luxury resorts, five-star hotels, fine dining, or prestigious private country clubs.
• Extensive wine knowledge; Level I Sommelier certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining and silver service standards.
• Experience with wine and spirits presentation, tableside service, and elevated hospitality.
• Familiarity with Northstar, POS systems, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and special events.

Typical Dining Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, plus Sunday brunch during the November–May season.
