Fine Dining Server Assistant

Job Summary

Seeking Fine Dining Server Assistants who are passionate about hospitality and high level service. Must have impeccable work ethic, extensive food knowledge, sense of urgency, and ability to work with a team.

Duties

• Manage expo station, including but not limited to setting up for a shift and breaking down after a shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations; assist with bussing tables and resetting for new guests as needed.
• Expedite tickets and take direction from chef.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Experience in a large and fast-paced kitchen.
• Proven experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments; previous serving or hospitality roles preferred.
• Personal accountability
• Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols within the food industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods during shifts
• Ability to lift and carry trays, dishware, and supplies (up to 25–30 lbs)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive, guest-focused attitude with attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing shift needs
• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
