Job Summary

This is a newly taken over restaurant. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team and provide exceptional dining experiences. As the face of our restaurant, you will ensure guest satisfaction through warm hospitality, menu expertise, and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet guests with a warm smile, present menus, and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Order Management: Accurately record food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Table Service: Deliver courses promptly, check back for satisfaction, and remove soiled dishes.
• Upselling: Use your menu knowledge to suggest appetizers, pairings, and specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Sidework: Perform opening and closing duties, including setting tables and maintaining clean service stations.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service laws.
• Opening and closing the restaurant

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–2 years of prior serving experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, a team-player attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Physical Needs: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35–50 lbs.
• Availability: Must be available for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Certifications: Ability to obtain ServSafe or alcohol awareness (TIPS) certification if required.
• Can follow directions
