We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fine Dining Server to join ADELINA in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a Fine Dining Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest services, ensuring that every patron feels welcomed and valued. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to the overall ambiance of our upscale dining environment.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Present menus, provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the system using a cash register or point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner.
• Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to quality standards.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations within the dining area.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.84 - $20.44 per hour
