About the Role
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves taking care of people. Not just running plates, but reading a table, remembering the details, and making a regular Tuesday feel like an occasion. You'll be at the center of the guest experience: guiding the meal, nailing the pairings, and making sure everyone walks out already planning their next visit.

We can teach you our menu. What we can't teach is the instinct for hospitality, so that's what we're hiring for.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests like you're glad they came, because you are
• Guide the experience from first pour to last bite, reading the table and adjusting your pace
• Recommend wine, cocktails, and dishes with real knowledge and honest enthusiasm
• Keep orders accurate and moving on our POS
• Handle checks and payments cleanly and confidently
• Know the menu inside and out, including ingredients, allergens, and food safety standards
• Jump in wherever the night needs you, whether that's bussing, resetting, or backing up the kitchen

What You Bring

• Fine dining or upscale service experience
• Solid wine, spirits, and cocktail knowledge, plus curiosity to keep learning
• Calm, organized multitasking when the dining room is full
• Clear, friendly communication with the kitchen and the rest of the front-of-house team
• Comfort with POS and reservation systems like OpenTable
• A sense of when to talk, when to step back, and how to make guests feel taken care of

Pay: $5.49 - $28.64 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 32.0 per week
