Job Description

The Arch, an upscale French-inspired restaurant in Brewster, NY, is seeking experienced, professional, and hospitality-driven servers to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional cuisine, attentive service, and a memorable dining experience for every guest.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering polished, efficient service in a fine dining environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, attentive, and welcoming service to all guests.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of our food menu, daily specials, wines, and cocktails.
• Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter orders while communicating effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
• Maintain proper fine dining service standards throughout the guest experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure tables are properly maintained.
• Work closely with bussers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly prepared dining room.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience required; fine dining or upscale restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $24.20 - $29.14 per hour
