Professional Fine Dining Servers

The Wisconsin Club City Club is looking to hire lunch and dinner shifts to work both our fine dining and upscale casual venues. As a server, you will be the face of our Club as you interact directly with our members and guests and provide them with excellent service and a positive and friendly experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and their guests by name, provides menus, clearly communicates restaurant specials, answers questions about menu items, collects food and beverage orders, serves items ordered, and attends to guests need throughout their visit.
• Accurately enters orders into point-of-sale system so that kitchen staff can prepare food and bar staff can prepare drinks, as needed.
• Performs opening, cleaning and side work duties, as assigned.
• Ensures all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and working properly.

Qualifications

• Previous fine dining and wine experience a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners.
• Ability to lift, balance and move large food trays, weighing up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for entire length of shift; may include walking up and down stairs.

Base Pay

Tipped - $5.00 to $10.00 per hour depending on shift. $14.00 for server non-tipped assignments.

Gratuity - You are in control of your earnings, and they can be very lucrative!
