What You'll Do

Our servers are much more than order takers.

You will become a guide, storyteller, and ambassador for the Capone's experience.

You'll help guests celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, first dates, promotions, and life's biggest moments.

Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering polished, attentive, and personalized service
• Learning our chef-driven menu and making thoughtful recommendations
• Guiding guests through our curated wine, whiskey, beer, and cocktail selections
• Creating memorable dining experiences through conversation and genuine hospitality
• Anticipating guest needs before they ask
• Maintaining exceptional attention to detail in every interaction
• Working closely with chefs, bartenders, and teammates to create seamless service
• Continuously learning about food, wine, bourbon, spirits, and hospitality

Fine dining experience is appreciated, but not required.

We can teach menus.

Pay: $40.00 - $100.00 per hour
