Position Summary/Purpose:

Performs capital improvement projects to include carpentry, plumbing, electrical related to major renovations or rehabs.

Essential Functions:

1. Performs capital improvement projects to include rough and trim carpentry, plumbing, drywall repair and finishing, electrical, masonry, painting and janitorial related to major renovations and rehabs – Advanced.

2. Possess reliable transportation and be able to drive to company-owned locations as needed.

3. Able to drive to pick up supplies or others to complete business need.

4. Travel Monday-Friday approximately 75% of the time. Home on the weekends.

5. Follows safe work practices.

6. Travels to, and participate in, both regional and corporate training and/or conferences as

required.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of building trades – Advanced.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to set deadlines.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, sketches, instructions and specifications.
• Proven operation of equipment and tools needed for the role; Must have own hand and power tools.
• Must Have Current Driver’s License, Vehicle, and Insurance.
• Must Pass Background Check and Periodic Drug Testing.
• Must Be Willing to Travel and Stay Overnight

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour
